Halotherapy

Sweet Dreams Float and Dry Salt Therapy offers dry salt therapy (Halotherapy).  Our salt rooms use halo-generators to pump micro-particles of medical grade NaCL into the air. The generator also monitors the amount of dry salt aerosol in the room and will only run as needed.

Halotherapy can help alleviate symptoms associated with:

• Allergies 

• COPD

• Asthma

• Eczema

• Skin conditions such as Acne, Cystic Fibrosis, Rosacea, Eczema or Psoriasis

•  Sinus and Ear Infections

• Elevated Mood

We offer 45 minute Halotherapy sessions.

​

It is recommended to come one time a week for basic maintenance of immunity and respiratory system.

When symptomatic it is recommended to come 2-3 times per week depending on how you feel and how symptoms are clearing up.

What to wear:

Comfortable clothing is all you need. Be sure to refrain from smoking prior to your session or wearing heavy perfumes or colognes for the sake of other guests who may be sensitive. It is safe to come when symptomatic but not contagious. 

 

Our Generators

We selected our generators because they run quieter than other generators on the market. The Halomed1 constantly monitors and controls a salt room’s concentration of salt, and adjust the salt output accordingly.
